Need to report a repair?
If something's wrong, like a water leak or no heating/hot water, let us know right away! Be sure to contact our office and report it through FixFlo. The more details, the better—don't forget to upload a photo of the issue. Our maintenance team will be on it as soon as possible!
Please note: Our contractors are working hard, but they prioritise jobs based on urgency.
What if the office is closed?
If it's an URGENT problem, like a water leak, no heat, or an electrical issue that can’t wait, call our emergency out-of-hours team on 01524 544666.
Please note: If it turns out your issue isn’t urgent, there may be a charge for the out-of-hours service, so it's best to report non-urgent problems on FixFlo as usual. We'll get to it as soon as we're back in the office!
